Subscriptions and Billing

Some of our services may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to AutoRCA, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. Subscription terms, including pricing and billing cycles, will be disclosed to you at the time of subscription.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made using one of our approved payment methods. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If we are unable to process your payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures provided on the platform. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

User Content

Our platform may allow you to upload, share, or store content. With respect to any content you submit to AutoRCA:

AUTORCA IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTORCA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoRCA and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms
